How to use

Charging: Insert the USB cable into the port at the bottom of the glasses. While charging, the indicator lights will flash red. When the device is fully charged the indicator lights will turn green.

1 - Cleanse Your Face: Start with a freshly cleansed, makeup-free face.

2 - Apply Serum: Apply a thin layer of your favourite serum to your under-eyes and the sides of your eyes. EMS is less effective on dry skin, so ensure your skin stays hydrated.

3 - Turn On the Device: Long press the On/Off button to power on your DermaGlow glasses. The LED light at the bottom will turn red.

4 - Select EMS Mode: Short press the On/Off button to switch between the two EMS frequency settings - constant and pulse.

5 - Adjust Intensity: Short press the intensity button to choose from three EMS intensity levels. Always start on the lowest setting and increase as needed.

6 - Begin Treatment: Place the device under your eyes, on the bridge of your nose (as you would any pair of glasses) and relax. Use for 5-20 minutes, up to five times per week, for best results.

7 - Turn Off & Clean: Long press the On/Off button to turn off the device. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth before storing.

For best results, continue with your skincare routine and apply serums, toners, and moisturisers after treatment.

Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step by step guide below;

1. Power on your DermaGlow Glasses.

2. Switch ON the glasses and allow the device to run for a 10-minute program on the treatment of your choice.

3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.

4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you.

5. Return the device to Acid Eclipse within 60 days for a full refund.

What does the EMS feel like?

The microcurrent or EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) feature creates a subtle pulsing sensation; it’s mild, but some users feel more stimulation on one side. This is normal and often depends on individual facial sensitivity or fit. You can adjust the intensity level to what feels most comfortable with the buttons at the bottom of your glasses.

Do I need to use any gels or serum?

You don’t have to, but using a lightweight eye-friendly serum as a conductive gel is highly recommended - especially if you're using the EMS (microcurrent) mode. A serum helps conduct the gentle electrical currents more effectively, which can improve results and make the experience more comfortable. The added hydration also supports skin health and enhances the overall treatment.

How long/often should I use them?

We recommend 5-15 minutes per session, 5–7 times per week. Users with sensitive skin should start on a lower intensity.

I bought the dermaglow glasses and the snail 92 cream together, and I’m so glad I did! The glasses are a great way to start any skincare routine and my eye wrinkles and eczema are definitely improving after only three weeks. The snail cream is the most hydrating moisturiser i've ever come across and it's perfect after 15 minutes wearing the glasses. Delivery was prompt, will definitely be ordering again!

Delivery took about 9 days, not the advertised 4-7, customer service was very good however. I love the glasses though, I've been using them a little under a month and I'm definitely beginning to notice some improvements in my eye bags, every morning now they seem a little bit less pronounced.
